CHALLENGE

Swagelok London, the local distributor of Swagelok products in the UK and other emerging markets lack visibility of the sales operation, as total sales was manually calculated. There was an overlap of information in the customer service department where two agents can be working on one case, since there wasn’t a proper process and structure in handling customer support.


SOLUTION

With the help of Sales Cloud, sales operations process was streamlined with the Lead to Cash Process Management. Using the Service Cloud, email-to-case functionality is used for case management, where each customer that email Swagelok will either create a new case or is added to an existing case. Additionally, the user interface was improved with a custom UI which shows all the relevant information on one neat and clean screen to the user.
