CHALLENGE

A lot of building on the platform since 2014 (Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, etc.), due to that there were a lot of outdated and unused processes. Struggled to deploy a custom Quoting app to other countries. Behind on SAP integration of Accounts, Products, and Orders to several countries. Several business processes were not working properly or efficiently.

SOLUTION

Ran reports to assess the overall health of the organization using tools like Optimizer and Field Trip. Reduced the number of Record Types across many standard and custom objects. Deactivated and rebuilt a number outdated processes in the system using Flow. Refined and reduced the number of approval processes in the system. Successfully moved away from the custom Quoting app, which caused a lot of problems, to the standard Quote object. Integrated Accounts, Products, and Orders for target countries. Using Salesforce tools we improved the sales and service process resulting in greater adoption.
