CHALLENGE
Machines had a homegrown POS solution with no connectivity between stores and lots of redundant data. Customer support used a small instance of Zendesk but it was in no way connected to the stores or enterprise sales teams.
SOLUTION
Service cloud with an integration to their POS system, turned it all around. Now the service team triages hundreds of cases from both customers and stores and creates customer visibility on the portal for customers, in store for employees and syncs data back into ERP. The successful go-live even facilitated via QR code the purchase and collection of the Iphone 14 launch.
